SITUATION
Delta Privilege, with its "You Rule" positioning, sought a way to communicate program news and updates while creating value for the member.
SOLUTION
ThinData developed a completely personalized monthly communication that brings exclusive offers to the Delta Privilege member's inbox. Each Exclusive email is personalized with the member's name and arrives in their preferred language. Imagery and copy are specific to the membership tier: Delta Privilege Green, Gold or Platinum.
The exclusive offers featured in each email are provided by partners who want to communicate special pricing and opportunities to the targeted, engaged base. Participating partners have been rewarded with clickthroughs as high as 14%.
"Exclusive" is deployed using ThinData EMS which allows for multiple broadcasts, personalization, detailed tracking of open rates, bounces, clickthroughs and acquisitions.
THE RESULTS
The first issue generated a
dramatic 34% open rate and 14% clickthrough. Through subject line and link strategy, we increased
open rates increase again by 9%.
