Ian Giles - Vice President, Loyalty Strategy
In his role as ThinData's Vice President, Loyalty Strategy, Ian directs a variety of permission-based customer relationship management and marketing programs for Aeroplan, Canada’s leading loyalty program. Ian is chiefly responsible for identifying, defining and helping Aeroplan capitalize on relationship management opportunities. Ian is also the key ThinData/Aeroplan Team Leader, overseeing the full operational infrastructure that supports all Aeroplan email programs. He plans and directs the execution of a variety of optimization programs that may incorporate a wide range of ThinData services, including online marketing, email campaigns, database management, interactive marketing, content services, relationship planning and direct marketing.
Ian has been working in advertising, television and interactive media in the New York and Toronto markets since 1994. He has developed call-to-action solutions for some of North America's leading brands including McAfee, TD Insurance, Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Intrawest, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Time-Warner, Clearnet, Lucent, Delta Hotels, CIBC, Canada Life, the Bay, Apple, TSN, Rogers and the Bank of Montreal.
